I walked in to open a checking/savings account. One lady in the office was busy with a customer, and a guy in the other office didn't have anyone... he totally ignored me, but listen to the best part.
This couple walked in, he got up quickly from his seat and opened the door from his office to quickly serve them. I feel that I was discriminated because I have tattoos on my face. Just because I have tattoos does mean that I'm a thug. I've worked for many years, and paid plenty of taxes just like that couple that walked in.
I was waiting for at least 30 minutes, when that couple walked in. Shame on you. I've should've gotten a lawyer and sued this bank!!!

Worst service ever in a bank. Tellers way to slow. Waited 30 in a line of 3 cars to deposit money. On top of that they moved the atm machine to a drive thru lane and it doesn’t specify that is only a atm lane and I was waiting to do a deposit thru the tube when I was told that it was only a atm lane. It’s should say ONLY ATM!!!! Also the atm is all messed up. When you deposit $100.00 cash it only shows you $60. Don’t trust the atm. Worst BB&T facility ever the one on South 4th St!!!!
