Truist Bank located on 1660 N Cedar Crest, Allentown is the best office to do banking. Excellent customer service, Francisco Hernandez, the manager, is always willing to help you as well the rest of the staff. I have my personal account and my two companies accounta with this branch.

I dislike banks to begin with but BB&T has managed to completely underwhelm my already very low expectations. They failed to protect my account from intrusion and fraudulent activity, have failed to provide me with the results of the "investigation" they did, have failed to explain why my dispute was denied, have failed to call me back as promised --- multiple times. I have had some very poor customer service experiences but BB&T is absolutely the worst --- truly, for BB&T "customer service" is an oxymoron. Do yourself a favor --- find another bank that has at least some level of competency and protection for your money!!
