At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
The staff is nice but they count SLOW, to the point where I want to get behind the counter and count for them. The drive thru gets more attention than the customers inside. I’ve been coming here for awhile and there has not been one experience where a sense of urgency was evident. The manager walks around smiling and saying hello but the line backs up VERY QUICKLY.
It takes 15 minute minimum for most transactions.

I wish I could give them no stars. Don’t bother trying to call them after 4pm (even though they close at 5pm) they will just not answer. These large corporation banks are all the same. I plan on closing my accounts with them.
