As a long time Truist customer, went in to file a claim on overdraft fees resulting from fraudulent charges. They were not helpful at all at the branch. I was instructed to pursue the bank fees with the vendor and the bank would not help. Came home and contacted Truist on line and they were so helpful! Understood my issue and promptly opened a claim and began processing. Will not be a Truist customer any longer due to treatment at the local branch

All I wanted to do was go to the drive up & make a deposit. I was given a very hard time. Why does Truist have to be so difficult to deal with? This isn't the first time I had a problem.
