They are always understaffed, and the wait times are unreasonable. It makes me wonder how a business can function smoothly if they have a business account at this bank, especially at this location.
- SSSh ShDec 11, 20245.0Shout to Mike and another woman name I can’t quite remember. Mike was a wealth of knowledge and just good conversation. It’s the old school customer service touch. The woman behind the front desk helped me close a CD and move some other things around on my accounts. She couldn’t close one on the same day and said she’d do it tomorrow. That’s what they all say … a day later my app shows the account was closed. Great follow up 👍 I plan on moving more money into TD and closing some of my other bank accounts just based on my service at this location.
