    No cash available at drive up ATM on 9/6/25. So I backed up to use the drive thru. Then teller pointedly told me " In the future, We do have an ATM inside." Great, but I came to use the drive thru.

    Very horrible service!!! Was told we can get a loan by Saturday. It was later next week till we could get the loan. Horrible service!!!!

    Do not recommend. I asked about the history of the check I cashed with them a month ago. They have no history of the check. Bank members check to see if they even keep on file the checks you cash. Because they are being very unprofessional

    Had been with ephrata national for many years. Online banking is very slow. Not fast at all to process transaction history. Also asked recently about a check we cashed a month ago through them and they said there was no history of a check being cashed. Beware of this bank. The employee behind the counter said he would call me right away to confirm about the check. Well safe to say that never happened. Stay away from this bank.

    My mom does her banking here and she is in her eighties so I go to the bank for her sometimes the other day I deposit money in the bank for her and wanted account balance and the lady wouldn't give it to me because she wasn't in the car my theory is if I'm making a deposit what is the big deal of giving me the balance of her account all in all they always give me trouble well I general never really liked this bank I personally go to Wells Fargo and they are really nice there if you have a problem they will solve it for you.
