- MPMark PrineJul 28, 20255.0I have had several accounts here since they were Sterling bank. The staff is friendly and helpful and I rarely have to wait in line for a teller. Since they came back to “normal” banking hours it has been even better.

Is this a way to scheme to make money off us even more by charging you online maintenance fees?? I’m taking my money out of this bank now as it’s no longer convenient for me. What do I do with my cash? Oh go show up on their stupid hours that they have. Their hardware is failing. Okay guys well while you fail and don’t provide basic amenities I’m going to move next door where they can.

I walk using a walker and I walked through their front door and must say that their front door is handicap friendly ; kudos for them! Also I was greeted by a clerk with a hi there and a big smile. I always enjoy being greeted right away because it makes me feel as if i matter! There was no line which was nice because i was in a hurry. I walked up to the first counter. And asked if she would break a hundred dollar bill. She asked if i was a member of there bank? I said no and the lady said its ok we are not busy and I'll do it for you. She counted out my change and i thanked her and wished her a good rest of her day. She said thank you and wished me a good day s also.
