- RLRobert LaneNov 3, 20251.0When in the bank waited 15 minutes tell the teller then I need help fixing an overdraft fee they then tell me to call customer service and put a grievance in that they have to wait for two appointments at 2:00 it's 1:45 and there's six people working I left worst bank ever I'm closing the account and going to OnPoint way better customer service

My Dad banked with her for a number of years and she always went out of her way to be kind to him. He passed away last week and Maricela turned what could have been a very difficult situation into a smooth and painless process and did it in a short amount of time as well. I hope management realizes what a valuable asset they have in her. If I lived here I wouldn’t bank anywhere else because of her. Lyman Butterfield
