I was the only customer in the lobby. The lady appeared to be on a phone call. They prioritize phone calls and other work over customers. Also, why aren’t all of the clerks knowledgeable on how to provide customers with debit cards? There was 3 clerks yet only 1 knew how and so happened to be too busy to assist me.
