Fortunately, I can handle most transactions online, minimizing my need to visit the branch. However, during the occasions when I've gone in for simple transactions like check or cash deposits, the process has been extraordinarily slow. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to deposit cash with a debit card, yet this has been the case every time I've visited. While I might be visiting on off days, the delays have been consistent. The tellers are reasonably friendly, but this doesn’t compensate for the sluggish processing time. Additionally, waiting at the drive-through ATM for several minutes before service is unacceptable. In today's fast-paced world, timeliness is crucial, and it seems this bank has lost sight of that priority.
