She patiently instructed me on how to set up Apple Pay and Zelle on my new phone. Because I incorrectly entered my username and password too many times, we had to begin the process over too many times. Nevertheless, Kathya would not give up on me!

And they "didn't have a banker available" to open a new account. You're a bank! Find a banker! Blessing in disguise, I suppose. I will never bank with them.
