While I do not bank with Key Bank, I have on several occasions needed to address Key Bank banking issues for one of my clients with someone in authority at Key Bank. In those instances I have called the West Linn Key Bank and spoken with the manager there, Shellene Schneider. Ms. Schneider has always been unfailingly nice, willing to listen in an effort to try to help, and effective. There should be more managers like her. She is a credit to Key Bank, and particularly the West Linn Branch.
