- EAEvelyn AyersSep 7, 20191.0I am not so impress with their enthusiasm for new members. I went to open an account and waited a long time only to leave the branch without an account. The gentleman that talked to me (I think was the manager) was courteous, but the person opening the accounts wasn't so concern or even acknowledged my presence. The branch had two tellers, they were not able to help and just looked at their computer screens the whole time. Maybe that is the sign that I should take my business somewhere else.

Everyone was very friendly/conversational and willing to help me and although they don't cash bonds, they were very helpful in providing the necessary paperwork and helping me work through it. I've also had many other good experiences with the CU. The call reps during business hours have been awesome and very helpful. My online messages get responded to within 24 hours with answers or resolutions, and the website is intuitive to me and has all the information I need.
