  I went there to dispute some fraudulent charges made on my account, and the lady that works there basically tried to gaslight me into believing that I wasn’t keeping track of my expenses properly and told me because they were at store vendors that there is no possible way for someone to steal my card information and use it in that manner and that they can’t dispute any of the charges, when the fact of the matter is that is complete bogus according to all my friends, coworkers, and even customer support at banner bank. The fact they have someone that works there to tell outright lies like that is outrageous, irresponsible, and dangerous. As a consequence, they lost a long term customer who would’ve made the company a lot of money by investing in a mortgage loan through them. That lady, I wish I remember her name, needs to be fired. The part that bothers me the most is how I had talked to a customer service agent the night before, they told me they deactivated my card, and when I went to the bank, it wasn’t even deactivated. That is just abismal, and unbelievably irresponsible for a bank to do.

  Walked in at 4:37 to deposit my change and was told no because they close the coin machine at 4:30 due to it's too much work. Three people behind the counter and only one was working. Terrible customer service. Won't ever go back to that bank in my home town...
