- ACAlison Ehmig CorbyJan 12, 20245.0I like the staff at this branch alot. They are courteous, friendly and helpful. I like that they will take a couple extra minutes to ask how my day is going. Some people just want to get their banking done fast but I like the in-person contact.

They have not had drive through service in weeks, and their lobby line can be so long it hangs out the door. They blame all of this on being “short-handed”, yet there always seem to be several employees standing around chatting with each other. The employees that do help you are often not very courteous. I’m forced to deal with Wells Fargo on behalf of my employer, otherwise I would never go near them. I’m going to try a different branch and see if the experience is any better.
