- KKKMDec 8, 20251.0Do better with your ATMs. More often than not, they’re out of service or only partially working. Need cash? Sorry, unavailable at this time. Need to make a deposit? Sorry, deposits not being accepted. Need anything else? Sorry, ATM out of service. It’s incredibly frustrating to make a trip only to find the machine unusable—again. For a billion-dollar corporation, there’s no excuse for having ATMs down this often. They clearly have the resources; now they need to put them toward reliable customer service.

But when I lose my debit card and someone makes fraudulent charges and my account goes into -$226.... They can't even credit back the overdraft charges that werent made by me EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T USE THE CARD. But if I was white? Oh they'd do it in a heartbeat. Can't wait to close this funky account 😂
