If you have to do any transactions with a security concern, use a different location. The young man did not understand that repeating the last name and cashier’s check might not the best idea. Again, never happened in the main branch. And rolling eyes does not do anything for customer satisfaction.

This is such a horrible bank. I tried to link one of my other bank accounts to my onpoint account, which I've linked with plenty of other banks/credit unions. On Point blocked my access to my account that day, without even contacting me in any way! After being on hold for an hour several times, going into the branch and giving them documents, etc.. there was still nothing done after a week. I still don't have my account and I have over $3,000 in there. I wasn't even able to use my bank for one day. I cannot express how difficult it is to find one thing about this bank I don't hate.
