- MPMichael De PaepeMar 17, 20233.0Very disorganized and poorly functioning bank. I got an offer in the mail for a bonus to open an account online or in person. I tried to sign up online and after I entered all the information, it said that I could not do it online. I went to the bank and they put all my information in the system, and then they said I needed to bring the offer that I received in the mail. But there was nothing on the mail offer that said that I needed to bring it to the bank to open an account. It seems like they would have my name and address in their system if they mailed it to me. I called customer service after I got home and they were not helpful either. They suggested that I use the chrome browser, but that didn’t work either. Key Bank is not making it easy to become a customer. Since this episode, I have talked to customer service twice and they were easy to get a hold of and helpful so I will upgrade my rating.
