The one person who was able to do this was on a break and would not be back for an hour, so I had to make another trip. This time I called ahead to make sure someone would be available, but no one answered the phone at the bank. I've been with Wells Fargo (previously First Interstate) for over 40 years and I'm certainly disappointed.
