Update: 4/18/19 I will be taking my business to another branch the branch manager when I contacted her sighed the whole time we talked she sounded annoyed that I could ask her such questions. She was very rude and treated me with such disrespect! They will no longer have my business. And if you value your money I suggest going to the sholls ferry they are way better. Tigard branch you all need to be coached on how to treat people that come in to your bank!!!:(

They have us running all over the place doing the paperwork that they’ve promised to do, that’s part of their process and job! It’s been two months and they don’t return calls, we have to physically go in and talk to people to attempt to resolve anything. Not helpful. Not timely. Not responsive!
