Now accurate funds don’t show for days or are even processed so you cannot use any of your money. Affects critical payments and been such an impedence on general life. Was an awesome bank and now it truly is just awful. People don’t care either they just say it is your account

I know the names of all the staff who have all worked at this branch for an average of 10+ years. The branch manager, Kevin Roe, is a fun, great person and is always available for assistance or friendly greeting.
