- DNDmitri Novickis2 days ago1.0I opened a credit card and an account here, the person who opened my credit card managed to make MULTIPLE typos in my name. Now, after I called to get it fixed (giving them all of my information) they have the audacity to ask ME to prove who I am or they'll close my account, when my name is already in your system. The same person who opened my account also automatically set me up to have $3/month statement that is slowly draining my account that I cannot turn off because I was not given access to the online portal.
