- DSDan ShanahanDec 28, 20231.0Closed my account with umpqua when they did not have what I needed for my business and personal accounts to integrate. After closing the accounts the bill pay for another account was still somehow paid for out of the closed account and they sent me a large overdraft notice. I worked with them on a solution at the local branch (or I thought I did) but then later received a collections notice and realized that they had not dealt with the issue just charged off the account saying it was still open. Now I am having to deal with collections on a debt that is not mine they helped me incur. I plan to report them for this but wanted to warn everyone it’s not a good bank.
