- RZR. ZornesJan 3, 20252.0Umpqua has plenty of tellers available unlike some banks. But you have to pay through the nose for maintenance fees on your account. Who ever heard of charging a customer $10 a month for a savings account that doesn't pay 10 cents in interest. I wasn't looking close enough to notice they felched over $50 in maintenance fees for my small savings.

But the most amazing was when I was scammed, got scarred, went to the bank practically in tears, and about 5 staff surrounded me, made calls to police, etc., contacted all sources that needed to be alerted and gave me unbelievable instructions and concern. What a great team of staff there!
