- BNB NAug 16, 20192.0Before they were bought out, they were a really good bank. When it was bought out I was told I was grandfathered in for not having to pay monthly fees. Without telling me they just decided I was going to be paying monthly fees. Can't do anything I want to do over the phone. They want you to go in to the bank to take care of it even if you don't live within an hour of the bank. I was in the bank and they told me to call regarding a question I had. When I called they told me I needed to go into the bank. Think it's about time to switch.
