- KKKD369rFeb 4, 20231.0Never works. We call all the time but no one fixes the ATM. I was upset when they took our bank, and now to be treated so poorly because we are rural is very disrespectful of Wells Fargo. We have been customers for 15 years but are now switching to another bank.

Still out of order, time to look at a different bank. Two banks have been closed in the area and you have to travel 45 minutes to talk with a banker. Sad customer service.

Seems Wells fargo doesn't care aboit their customers being able to.access their own money ,I for one am not driving all the way to Corvallis to get to an actual open branch which ridiculous since they closed the local branch as well as the branch in Lebanon.
