- NRNikki ReynoldsJan 16, 20255.0So let me tell you about this bank a lot of people say bad things about it, but I have been with them and so has most of my family for years. They have been nothing but good to us. They know me by face and most of my family that banks there as well and they are always always ready to help us at a moments notice. I just had today and yesterday a very, very, very crazy situation that stressed me out considering this is a very important transaction, but you know what they did nothing but go above and beyond to help me get this figured out. They advocated for me and made sure that what I was talking about became a main priority. Their branch manager, Yari Schofield is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me and I love her so much. She is amazing. The other ladies, the tellers, I have not had one problem with any of them. They have been right there to help me and make sure that I understand any fees or anything like that I have never had anything sprung on me or fees all of a sudden into my account. They have always contacted me to let me know if there was any change or anything that showed up that wasn’t supposed to. I love these guys and I will continue to bank with them for years to come, and when my daughter is ready, she too will have an account with them😊😊! Thank you
