    Took 2.5 hours to close out an account and get cashier's checks for the estate of the deceased.The staff were very nice--zero complaints there--but neither our banker nor their manager knew how to do the transactions. They had to call the nationals three separate times for help. My spouse had to show her ID six separate times. Advice to Wells Fargo: Train your staff before you send them out on their own to do the work.

    If I could give this location zero stars I would!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING behavior by the one eyed blonde lady who decided to not only verify and call to make sure the check was good, decided she wasn’t going to cash it because I didn’t feel like telling her why I wasn’t an account holder and who I bank with besides them like that’s any of her damn business. I don’t bank with you guys because your customer service is TRASH and she only proved it further. The only reason I came in was because my grandfather wrote me a personal check and I didn’t feel like waiting the 5 days for it to clear thru my bank account. Again not her business but decided to kick me out of the store because I didn’t want to. Embarrassing! This right here is why I don’t bank with y’all!

    On September 10, 2025, Violet solved several issues related to my recent cancellation of my payment card, supposed online enabling of a virtual replacement. After attempted use had failed, as did online support, Violet succeeded. She solved several glitches directly with technical skills of an experienced expert. I am grateful and will add five stars for her helpful actions done with hospitable grace. 10 stars.
