- JSJaden StogsdillSep 29, 20251.0I have had a terrible experience With northwest community credit union. I applied for 1 credit card with them , then they sent me 2 in the mail. It’s now showing up on my credit report and affecting my credit. They have said they were gonna take care of it multiple times but it has been 6+ months and nothing has been done. When I try to go into the branch for assistance and to get this resolved they give me the run around and say they will have the manager contact me and they never do. And when I try to pay on my credit card from their banking app it says reversal and does not pay towards my card.And when I went into the branch to talk about this issue they said that “people were having issues paying that way” but they never made me aware of that from the beginning, or tried to resolve the issue. I WOULD NOT GO TO NORTHWESTERN!!
