- APAnnie PerkinsDec 27, 20252.0I've had an account with them for years. Run into several issues in that time many of which were fixed. Some of which have made my experience less than ideal. The people that work here are always really kind, and I want anyone reading this review to know that if it wasn't for your AMAZING tellers, you'd be getting 1 star. Since being bought out and turning into "Peak", I have had an INSANE amount of issues. The cards don't work, the online banking is a NIGHTMARE, their ATMs are always down making it impossible for me to cash a check since I live far away and also work during their open hours, and I get texts from them that will not stop. I overdrawn my account often purely because their system records transactions in the incorrect order, so it makes budgeting impossible when you live paycheck to paycheck. After many years if banking with these guys, I will be closing my account. Save yourself the trouble. Get an account through SELCO.

- KCKathie ChapmanNov 29, 20251.0Do not open a bank account with this bank if you’re a full time worker & like me who needs the self service ATM machine on a regular basis. The ATM machines work 1 out of 10 times. The West 11th ATM rarely accepts deposits & twice I’ve tried using the Springfield ATM but that is broken too. This bank makes it impossible for me to use the self service options after hours because I WORK FULL TIME. I guarantee that I will have overdraft fees on the next banking day because I’ve been unable to use the machine to make a deposit. THIS HAPPENED LAST WEEKEND AS WELL. The downtown branch wasn’t accepting deposits either. I’ve wasted my time, my money & my gas because of this Banks negligence in keeping the self service stations up & working.
