Why would 1 person work 2 drive through lanes while 2 employees stand in the center chatting?! And if this all wasn't frustrating enough...their interest rates are laughable.

I work for a company that has an account here, and yes, sometimes there are wait times and long lines, but the customer service is always top notch. They take their time to do their job correctly, always with a smile on their faces. They get to know their account holders, and always greet you by name. If I lived in the area, I would have my own personal account here as well. Great job!!
