She was attentive and patient and kept following up with the other service provider to ensure my concerns were addressed. Her follow-through was impressive; she kept me updated at every step and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She was at it for months, and when she went to put my file away, she called one last time to be sure everything was working as it should for me. I felt genuinely supported throughout the process. Went in for a somewhat difficult request that had the women dramatically rushing around and flustered. Michelle, the branch manager, was so incompetent she told me to just “try Walmart.” Just overall unprofessional and unknowledgeable about my options. Beyond that - they were very judgmental. Went to a branch in Bend that was really nice and helped me no problem. If you want anything other than the simplest of transactions, avoid these guys.
