You guys are a freaking joke. We should've listened to all the people out here that told us not to bank with you guys but we didn't and of freaking course we get the account made for it way before the checks supoosed to come through and now you guys are the reason its late. I've already had crap lapse and a bunch of other crap happen because you guys cant do your job correctly and now since its the freaking weekend we have to wait even longer. If anyone ever asks me or my brother if they should bank with you guys we will be telling them no. And we will be contacting hire up cause this is some b.s.

First Federal is a real home town bank. Not only do they give out grants to local non-profits, they're always showing up for local service projects like the city wide litter clean up. I'm on the board of two non-profits who use them.
