I got to speak with Kira Behan and she led me through every step in a way I could understand. The process didn’t take too long and yet was so detailed and helpful. Kira was very kind and considerate. This location is small but very clean. I highly recommend.
- BBBillieAug 23, 20242.0I don’t know the name of the lady who I spoke to, but I called to see if they could reverse an overdraft fee and the lady gave me some bogus story about how because it just posted today she wasn’t able to reverse it… I did not believe her story so I called a different branch and they were able to reverse it for me No problem. i’ve called a couple other times since banking with OnPoint and never had anyone tell me or make up some story as to why they couldn’t reverse an overdraft fee.
