Other locations have been so much better that it is a shame to have to drive to a different location but worth it in the long run. Edit: I have been contacted and shall see if it is a real person and there is follow through or not. Edit: No action. An email to reach out and then nothing. Further more my wife went to the keizer location the next day and was helped in every way. Literally called me and said it was easy. Adam is still the worst. I can't believe that location is still open. They've already closed their home mortgage location next to it their main branch can't be far off with this staff.

Then I had to stand in line to ask to talk to a personal banker to setup a acct. 20 mis later the personal banker says "itll be just a minute". 10 minutes later he walks by and says "one more minute", 15 mins after that he says "almost ready". finally sat down to talk to him with 3 minutes to spare before I had to leave to get to an appointment which meant I had to make an appointment to do what I needed to do instead of doing it in the 45 minutes I had set out to do it.
