You will go in to verify that there will not be a hold on your check, get told by an ADAM That there won't and then find out there is a hold then when you get ahold of JYONSTHA online 2 hours later, they say call the issuing bank and they will verify it will clear and we will remove the hold. Then the issuing bank will tell you wells fargo needs to call. You tell JONSIHKA who SIX HOURS later tell yous that you need to call. You call and you get hung up on by SEAN, AMANDA AND DONALD. FINALLY you get someone who doesn't hang up right away but rather tells you they don't call out then hangs up. So you call a branch and talk to JARED. JARED tells you that he doesn't do that. All I want is to have this check deposited so I can close my account with this awful company because clearly you are nothing but a money leech for them and an account they can claim. UPDATE: I have filed a FDIC claim as the funds have been verified by the issuing bank as clearing the account so the hold ID an illegal hold. Please know your rights as this bank clearly doesn't care about following regulations. Go bank elsewhere.
