- FGFragnot Gaming5 days ago1.0App sucks shows lower score for you're credit then it really is. Had all my credit scores sent to me when I got my car and they where all higher by 30 points or more. Also refinanced my other car and and got a loan after that so I know my credit score. Wells Fargo is far off all it tells me is never get loans of any sort from you guys. Because you guys will screw me with interest.

- RCRae CavanSep 16, 20251.0Absolutely ignorant staff on probate. My son died. I obtained executorship. They insisted they pay all heirs before debt is paid. The money will sit there forever as was explained to them. They desperately need training. This is a last resort bank account and was for my son as well. Horrible customer service and terrible bank. Please educate your staff. The little girl helping me was like a child in an adult job and could and would not formulate anything I told her to who was making ignorant decisions. I have found the federal agency to report you to for violating probate laws. Debt and taxes must be paid before heirs receive anything. The executor should have the entire account rekeased. I just verified with BOA, the Executor should have all funds released to pay debts and taxes, then pay the heirs what is left. Oregon DFR, FDIC, CFPB will all be reported along with what your Wells Fargo representative advised me to do to meet their needs, they wanted me to illegally revise my executorship forms to remove heirs.

A heads up though this is one of the busiest bank branches I’ve ever seen. With the busyness in mind they really go above and beyond with their level of care (as they work with patience by not overly rushing your transactions to get to the next).
