- LNLily NguyenNov 14, 20251.0I been with this bank just for under a yr, and I have never once had had any good experience. My husband have a car loan there. He work from 7am to 7pm n can’t go to the branch n make his car payment n have sent to make the money payment. They wouldn’t even accept the payment since I don’t have his account number. I told them I can give them his SS# n ID THEY still refuse to take payment. N insist he should come in himself. So he’s going to be missing 3 hr of work just to make a car payment 😡is not like I am taking money out of his account or asking for any additional info about his account. I understand the privacy policy. But this is ridiculous having to make a car payment and missing three hours of work. We will find a different bank and move the car loan, including our or account in this bank poor business services. I don’t even know why they have all these five star review. I would give them no start at all if I could.

I am hoping he does well and they should definitely hang on to him and look to see that his training is sufficient if not exceptional so that he succeeds. What a pleasant experience meeting and talking with Andrew I wish more bank employees had an honesty and candor about them. You got this Andrew

No cuenta nisiquiera con un numero directo al banco para el servicio al cliente ..siempre las llamadas son referidas a un centro de llamadas lo cual es muy frustrate y desagradable no poder solucionar una transferencia cuando hay suficiente dinero en la cuenta pero no te permiten usar tu propio dinero 🤬🤬🤬 ellos tienen que autorizar la transacción de un dinero que es nuestro ....pero que en esos momentos no existe...asi que no le podemos dar uso. No recomiendo para nada este banco ni sus otras sucursales todos son igual de ineficientes y mediocres. 👎
