- LNLily NguyenNov 14, 20251.0I been with this bank just for under a yr, and I have never once had had any good experience. My husband have a car loan there. He work from 7am to 7pm n can’t go to the branch n make his car payment n have sent to make the money payment. They wouldn’t even accept the payment since I don’t have his account number. I told them I can give them his SS# n ID THEY still refuse to take payment. N insist he should come in himself. So he’s going to be missing 3 hr of work just to make a car payment 😡is not like I am taking money out of his account or asking for any additional info about his account. I understand the privacy policy. But this is ridiculous having to make a car payment and missing three hours of work. We will find a different bank and move the car loan, including our or account in this bank poor business services. I don’t even know why they have all these five star review. I would give them no start at all if I could.

I am hoping he does well and they should definitely hang on to him and look to see that his training is sufficient if not exceptional so that he succeeds.
