- BPBere PerezSep 30, 20251.0Worst bank ever!!! What kind of bank makes clients waste their time with phone calls to the long wait call centers JUST to pay off their loan!? It’s 2025!!!!!!!!!!! Clients shouldn’t have any issues paying off a damn bill online! I’ve never had another bank give me an error & force me to call when simply TRYING TO PAY MY BILL! Why have I been on hold for so long just to pay a bill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!?!? Trash!! ETA: I wasted probably hours of my time trying to communicate via message & then over the phone just to be told that I cannot easily pay off my loan. Onpoint only gives you the option to payoff a loan by transferring from their stupid mandatory savings account or going into a branch in person. No external checking accounts can be used regardless of whether or not you’ve paid that way every time before. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!? So much time wasted & I’m no closer to paying off my bill because of how difficult they make things! I must reiterate, WORST BANK EVER.

He was incredibly kind, patient, and beyond helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we felt confident every step of the way. Went to the branch located inside of Freddy's on commercial in salem or. Was denied service and not able to deposit money into my account. I had less than 20.00 in mixed united states currency. I attempted to deposit the money into my account, but was turned down by an employee and a bank manager due to them not having room for the change. .
