    This branch always closes early…I’ve been here almost 10 mins before closing and the door was locked.

    Do not bank here if you are opening accounts for the new account promotions. The bank manager refuses to help me get the money im owed for opening new accounts and having direct deposits completed in time. The manager and employees have admitted that I have done everything i need to to do quality for the promotion reward but they wont help me get what im deserved. Now the manager refuses to answer my calls. Closing all accounts here asap and filing a lawsuit next week.

    All keybanks open at 9... Except this one? That's annoyong... But not why I gave only 1 star. My husband went in to get his replacement card and they had lost their keys to the vault! He had to wait for 20 minites for them to find the keys and open the vault for his card which should have taken less than 5. The lady who was helping him talked to us in a very demeaning tone as well.
