There has been a steady decline in service here. Familiar faces have all disappeared. I've received incorrect deposit slips & ridiculously long wait times. How long will Key Bank allow this subpar service?
- JRJason RubyOct 7, 20191.0Now I know why they get low ratings. This place took more than two months on a HELOC and cannot seem to get their paperwork in order. Still haven't completed it. I've spoke to the Manager at Commercial branch that I might go with some one else because of them not doing their job. His reply: "Ok" Told them they have really not shown customer service or the initiative to get this loan closed. Credit and equity are not the problem. Just them and their failure to do timely paperwork and important information sharing with the customer. They must not need your loans!
