- ELEmily LindseyAug 21, 20251.0Rogue has been a total nightmare to deal with. Anything we try to do through them goes wrong or takes forever. My husband and I have both business and personal accounts with them which were never linked correctly. They failed to update the address on our checks after we contacted them to get it fixed, which caused an issue with one of our business payers. Scheduled appointments don't seem to mean much to them. We are very frustrated.

- RSRyan SandersNov 16, 20181.0I went there to open an account and there are 3 people standing in the lobby that I assumed were customers it ended up being employees standing around doing nothing. My driver's license did not have my current address so I provided them with a copy of my 401K through the state of Oregon in the top of one of my pay stubs He said that would not work for address verification so I decided to go to a different credit Union. Before I even got out of the bank they all had assume their position standing around talking again. This is why Chase Bank always has a line where my current operating bank account is and this place was empty. To get the account I think he would have offered to jump online and print off one of my electric bills, as I pay everything online I didn't have a copy But he appeared to be more intrested in just getting me out of his office so he could go back to doing whatever they were doing.
