- CBClifford BellSep 30, 20251.0I've been banking with Northwest Community Credit Union for years, and used to love the experience. Now that it has become Peak, it is not a user friendly experience. When the switch happened, my biometrics for logging in no longer worked, and I had to go into the bank itself for support to get back online. When I make a payment online, I have no way of nowing if the payment is actually being processed for at least a day. When I use online banking with my other bank, it shows that transfers and transactions are pending right away. Also, when my other bank had a merger, all of my online banking transferred right over and everything including my biometrics worked flawlessly. I used to love Northwest Community Credit Union, but now that it is Peak, I'm having serious doubts about continuing using this institution for my loan needs. Nothing but frustration so far...

- JSJohn SmithJul 25, 20251.0Been banking with Northwest for years since the twin star merger had 1 issue after another..First was everyone I knew with north west had a week where nobody's card worked so if you needed funds you had to go to a branch and make in person withdrawals not even debit worked.. Then I have had 3 fraud issues 1 shut off my card and made me go into a branch to receive a new one.. 1 cost be a negative balance of $2000 which a lawyer would cost me more to prove fraud so instead I got made to pay..Now their branches close by 530 pm on Friday even tho it says 6pm on google and even tho they have Saturday hours posted are closed Saturday period.. So any days a normal scheduled person has off the bank is closed so take a day off work if you need to bank .. I would strongly suggest any other banking options over North West or Twin Star .. I'll be closing my account with North West and banking elsewhere Asap..Extremely unhappy long term customer and currently don't and wouldn't ever trust North West with my money again..I only post this review hoping to save someone the issues and headaches I have experienced since merged with Twin Star..
