    This company is awful! It started with a successful pre-approval. Then, Matthew Silvey came into the picture. This man was horribly abrupt with the worst customer service skills I have experienced in a long time. He changed things, including the interest rate after pre-approval and the offer was accepted. Do as you choose, but be cautioned if planning on doing business with this company.

    Nolan at Garden Valley Branch Roseburg Oregon! Thank you for the excellent customer service! My friend Betty was having some breathing issues and needed cash. Instead of telling me what he couldn’t help me with he went out of his way to figure out how to get her the cash without inconveniencing her. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

    Gets one star because there is no option for a negative rating. Had an account with First Interstate 30 years ago and they continually messed up my account. First Interstate recently took over the bank I was using and are already screwing up my account yet again 30 years later.
