- JGJohn GJul 3, 20251.0After years of cashing checks at Banner without issue they suddenly started requiring my address and phone number on my own checks. I figured it was fine and not a big deal. But then they started ignoring me whenever I asked for specific bill denominations. Now they will not even separate my money into envelopes when I bring in multiple checks. The policies constantly change and the staff seems too lazy to care. I am done and I am switching banks. And no Banner there is no need to reply. Do not bother putting on your professional face online when you do not show it in person. You do not treat people like customers you treat them like transactions. A vending machine has more consistency, You just lost a customer.

The people who work at the front desk area are very nice and helpful. K'Lee was the wonderful young women who helped me. She is so very nice and very smart, she answered every question I had.
