- KTKevin UKB TriviaDec 12, 20241.0Do not use the recently replaced ATM at this location!! It ate a check I was attempting to deposit and held my card for about 10 or 15 minutes. I couldn't leave for fear that the card would be spit out and taken by somebody. When I finally did get it back I was given a receipt crediting my account one cent. The branch location wouldn't claim responsibility for the transaction the next morning and I've since been bounced around to one customer service rep after the other. I have more than sufficient funds to cover the amount of the check and have never had any shady transactions in my over 20 years as a customer yet they still have not resolved the issue a week and a half later.

After a 15 minute wait I was given a number and transfered to someone else as soon as i was transfered the call went all static. I called my bank and was told i have to make an appointment. She was very rude. The bank notified me thankfully so why cant the bank stop payment before its made.
