My dad went in to deposit just short of $10,000 at this First Interstate bank of Redmond. My dad has a bad habit of trusting people, even though he definitely should not have left the bank without a receipt for proof of deposit, he did just that. My parents do not recall what exact day they deposited but they are sure they went in to deposit. Lady never gave them a receipt, my dad does not remember who the teller was that day. They asked to check the security cameras to see when he stopped by during the time frame my dad says he was there and they said they didn’t find anything. I think you would remember a man coming in to cash a LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY, no? How does THAT MUCH disappear? Don’t trust this bank with your hard earned money. They don’t have the customer service, care, or ethics to handle your assets. STAY AWAY. ZERO STARS.
