I went to deposit my check and get a roll of quarters and the worlds slowest teller that's always there refused to deposit my check. After repeated fraud on my account in the last couple years and repeated HORRIBLE customer service, I'm done with this establishment. I'm closing my 4 accounts and moving my money over to my credit union. No wonder y'all have terrible reviews. Smdh
- WMWayne MSep 13, 20241.0Not helpful at all. Dragged the time out while I was at the window, had me endorse a check that is drawn off them, just to tell me their system won't let them cash it! What's stopping them? So frustrating! Glad I am not a member there for sure!
- FFFrancesApr 14, 20231.0One entrance is locked and there is no sign to use other entrance. Employee blamed me for scheduling an appointment with someone that was off. When scheduling online, there is no option to select a particular employee. Scheduling is for date, time, and location only. This blaming of a customer was extremely rude. All in all, they were very unhelpful.
