    Yesterday at 3:58pm I tried to deposit a large check using the drive thru and was told the car in front of me was the last car. There were no other cars behind me either. Then, the person put a cone in front of my car. There was no reason to be that rude to a customer! Very disappointed! I'm editing my review from one star to four as of 06/12/2020. Understanding of the pandemic and someone responding times have changed and was very frustrated that day. The person moving the cones could have been more compassionate about the situation but its understandable she was doing her job correctly. I've had nothing but good experiences with this branch and can't review poorly based on one circumstance.

    I like wells fargo banks, I don't like that the WF I used most is now gone from GH Marketplace.

    While driving from Portland to Arizona, I lost my wallet while putting on tire chains near Ashland Oregon. About 300 miles later I stopped to get gas and realized I had no money and no wallet. I had a business card from this branch manager and I called her. She walked me through the process of using a Wells Fargo ATM without an ATM card. I was able to enough funds to make it back to Portland. The manager helped me get a temp ATM card and stopped my other cards. Every time I walk in I'm greeted by name. I think Wells Fargo is a good bank, but this particular branch, and the best bunch of bank tellers at this location is what keeps me from being tempted by other offers. Customer service beyond any other bank I've ever done business with. If you want a banking experience that reminds you of the good old days where YOU MATTER, this is it.

    Really like this Wells Fargo. There is one closer to my house but there is a really attractive banker her so I come here. But the whole atmosphere is pleasant and I almost never wait in line. This is my favorite Wells Fargo by far in Portland.
