    Kayla sanders had a demeaning attitude when I was attempting to open account.Very condescending…I decided to bank elsewhere.Crazy how you get treated there.She’s a manager. Said “that’s just how I talk” yea right

    The past 15 years I've done all my banking remotely via internet banks and the like because I just hated the red tape and lack of great service of the big brick and mortars (and the lower apr). But I found this bank and more so this location when I needed a new no-international-transaction-fee credit card. I gotta tell ya, Kayla and team here have customer focused service nailed down. The service and attention I got was beyond most top end hotels. I was just there to verify my identity for a credit card approval and ended up opening a checking account and I was escorted through every step of the process. It was white glove treatment without being high brow. Much more than my sweatshirt and bluejeans have ever received. How every single person in this location had a positive, professional, personal approach will be a mystery to me but I hope you never change. Not your normal banking experience by a long shot.

    I didn’t think I’d ever feel compelled to leave a review, let alone one with five stars in it, for a bank. I’ve witnessed and experienced above-and-beyond customer service multiple times at this branch, and for that they get every star I can throw at them. A few other banks had apologized and said they couldn’t help whereas this branch couldn’t have been more helpful.
