    My experience with this branch has been great. I was very impressed with the friendly attitude of the tellers. Dauda, the branch manager was professional, competent, friendly and extremely helpful. Great job- thanks!

    Not a fan of having to shout my banking information in public. I respect their need for safety and dutifully wear my mask for the pandemic etc but when they repeatedly couldn’t hear, and I said well I don’t want to yell, they literally told me I had to yell cause they couldn’t hear me through the barrier otherwise. Uh, no thanks.

    Tellers are not trained for dealing properly with business accounts. I will not be banking with this branch again

    I don't understand why there are so many poor reviews here. And actually naming a long time employee, Jill. Take a look at the source. Both Reviewers have only a handful of Reviews, and most are one-star. One of the Reviewers is needing an immigration attorney! The other one is attacking an Asian restaurant in a review and claiming they are serving cats as chicken! In another review she is slamming Hispanics. I have received some of the best customer service ever - from any bank, in this Wells Fargo branch. Awesome staff and decent parking behind the facility. Jill has always been a fantastic Teller, and an interesting person, that has a long history as a Portland resident. Calling her a "racist" is absurd. She was part of the loving movement in the 1960s and early 1970s that stood for brotherhood between all races. We all have an occasional "off' day, but it's no reason to attack anyone. It's disgusting to have grown old in a society that shuns its elders, when it used to revere old age for its wisdom.
