(Not all places will take the chip) the teller didn’t take the TIME to actually understand what I was needing, she tried to tell me my card was working fine (along with other issues) and because of this I wanted to close my account. After a branch personnel contacted me SHE too didn’t care or ask why I’d like to close my account. Honestly, I won’t recommend anyone to bank with Wells Fargo, customer care isn’t their priority. If you go in asking or needing help you won’t get it (even when there holing your money). Once I open a bank account somewhere else I’ll definitely close this account.
