Came in to ask some questions about my credit card and my account, they told me to have a seat and someone would be with me soon. There were two bankers busy with clients, the rest were not. Some bankers on their lunch break had come back, and we're just standing around chatting with the other bankers. I waited 45 minutes before deciding to finally leave and just go to the downtown branch.
